The requirements represent the client’s view. Check requirement with user.

Realism:

Requirements can be implemented and delivered. Requirement is logical=can implement.

Verifiability:

Repeatable tests can be built to demonstrate that the system fulfills the requirements specification.

    The product shall have a good user interface

    The product shall be error free

    The product shall respond to the user within 1 second for most cases.
